Never sit on a pile of cash. There's no reason to save tons of money in this game. Unlike most games in LP saving money is a bad thing it only makes you a target. If an opponent is winning 5000 dollars from you then that means you are sitting on way too much money. Spend your money on skills. And when you leave for the day donate the rest to club. (This should be under 50 dollars because anything more than that you could have spent on skills.) Leaving money on your lady only makes you a target for the vultures who will add you to your opponent list.

. Keep your skill stats as even as possible, except loyalty. Even stats make you harder to beat in arena. To check if your stats are even go to my profile. (If you go to my lady it shows the numbers you have from bonuses. This is why you want to choose the my profile option to check your stats.) You will find a picture example of what I mean by even stats below.

Always have your pets fully trained, train them as quickly as possible to get max loyalty. A lot of players neglect their pets. The best players know that and keep their loyalty up.

Fast ways of earning coins to skill up include buying clothes, voting, and tanning in the solarium in the salon.

Do NOT use practice with money to skill up. You need to save this for when you run out of things to buy in the stores when you are level 25 and up. If you do it in the lower levels you will seriously screw yourself later on!!! Practice is bad because you run out of furniture, clothes, and pet clothes. Once you've bought it all the only ways to up those skills are by attending a party and buying a new item in those categories or by practicing. Practice prices go up very quickly too. Every time you do it the price goes up and when you hit level 35 and 40 your opponents become almost non-existent. In other words, less money in the bank so you don't have as much to use to practice. So 30K to practice one skill may not be possible.

 Another piece of advice is to wear old clothes if there are new stores or events that require challenges to earn things like wings or hearts to buy the big gifts. This is when more people are looking for opponents to earn cash and an easy way to figure out if someone is an active player who will have money is to look at what they are wearing. The newer the clothes, the more likely they are to be active .
